This is the most recent photo of when I went dancing at the AfroUnidad Fest. The above topics: Eat (nutritious, well made, well seasoned foods) Drink (herbal remedies) & be Merry (dance) are my three areas of health and wellness focus. I am learning to cook a wider variety of home-cooked meals, and I’m studying herbalism, lastly I’m working on becoming certified in Katherine Dunham Technique with an emphasis in AfroEcuadorian dance. I also love to dance African, AfroBrazilian, AfroCuban, Afro Puerto Rican, Afro Peruvian & Ballet, Hip-Hop, & Jazz. In order to dance well though I have subfocuses of learning some percussion instruments, walking more, pilates, physical therapy exercises, weight training, & yoga.
