Fireside Chat: Therapy and... What Else? (Online)

The Black Everywhere Fireside Chat series provides a platform for exchanging knowledge within our diverse community.  

ReNina Minter, LMFT is a licensed mental health therapist/psychotherapist who works in private practice and consulting. She specializes in helping clients end the cycle of unwanted patterns. She provides a safe space and works collaboratively with clients who are ready to increase self-awareness, reduce symptoms, manage their emotions, and live more fully.

She graduated from Pepperdine University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. She is also certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy from the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. She taught college level psychology and human services classes for several years. She has spent the last 20+ years working in the field of mental health, education, and social services.

As a lover of all things psychology and mental health, she uses that passion for teaching to publish journals, coloring books, and coping skills guides that help people reduce stress, deal with their emotions, and increase their toolbox of life skills.
