Come through for a day of sunshine and nature while unwinding with Yoga through movement and breath work.

What to Bring: Water, Yoga, Mat, An Open Mind + Heart [The center has yoga mats available to be borrowed if needed.]

What to Wear: Anything that allows you to move comfortably and without restriction

Suggested: Do not eat a heavy meal right before doing Yoga
