Hello everyone! I’m new to the group. I have always loved to read books. However, I am finding it hard to carve out time to flip pages. I have discovered audiobooks at the library on a device called a Playaway. I love these things. The whole book is in a device, not my phone, and I just insert headphones and listen while cooking, cleaning driving or exercising. I love fiction: paranormal romance, mystery/thriller, historical, AA rom-com and sometimes at little smut but not too much 😉. I still love reading books but finding the time is the challenge. Would love to hear how others carve out the time for 📚

I love Octavia Butler. At SF Airport they have an exhibit on Afro Futurism and there’s a section on Octavia. I’m currently reading “Dawn”
