Hello everyone! Im new to the group. I have always loved to read books. However, as I got older, I rarely get time to sit down and flip through pages. So, while I don’t get to visually read often, I love to listen to audiobooks; especially while cooking, cleaning or driving. If there is something I want to take notes on, I will pause and jot it down or ask Alexa to do it for me! Sometimes I will listen to a book a few times just to absorb it all. I love mostly non-fiction… historical, self-improvement, and finance… but from time to time I will get into a good fiction book… maybe a romance novel, maybe a mystery novel. For those, I usually like to read a hard copy book over the summer because I have more time.
