BE Well is a rigorous 6-week program that requires daily commitment. You’ll attend meetings six days a week, and being on camera is mandatory for every session. This program is perfect for those who thrive on structure, consistency, and a high level of accountability. If you’re ready to commit to showing up daily, BE Well is for you.

How to Join:
Step 1 - Watch Training Video (approx. 10 minutes): BE Well Training Video
Step 2 - Complete Application (approx. 5 minutes): BE Well Application
That's it. You're ready to attend your first meeting!
Attend your first meeting. Please review the appropriate FAQ for start dates. You'll receive an email with the meeting link two hours prior to the first meeting. Note that our first meeting will be longer than usual (30-45 minutes). Subsequent meetings will be 20 minutes long.
