Intro!

Hi - nice to meet everyone on the new platform. Historically I’m a bit of a gym rat - I enjoy boxing and Functional Patterns for strength, & run slowly for cardio, and myofascial release (especially the tune up fitness balls) for balance. Currently recovering from wrist surgery but back to running & light strength training for now

Hi Justine! Weight training changed my life.

Hello!

Hi everyone! I work out about 6 days a week. I was as avid runner until last summer when I had to stop due to a hip injury. Currently I cycle, attend Pilates classes, walk and strength train. I eat pretty clean (most of the time 😉) and I enjoy cooking and finding new recipes. I have a eclectic palate so if anyone has any good recipes (no red meat or poultry), please share! Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
