4 week summer body challenge ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ

Day 1 of this challenge. Today was upper body strength training and 30min cardio. I did 10min on the treadmill (12 incline at 2.5) and 10min on the bike with resistance at level 3. That 12 incline was a killer ๐Ÿ”ฅ because I usually only do 4 incline but it was nice to push my body this morning. Proud of myself! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ

9 Round Kickboxing Workout last night

Happy Friday Eve everyone! My name is Iman and I'm finally starting to use the app. I'm getting back on my consistent workout journey. Health and Fitness is important to me because of family history and making sure my "numbers" are in good shape. Still have work to do with eating less French fries and lemon pepper wings!!! But I've been riding my bike, going to 9 round kickboxing, doing 50 pushups at 4pm in my office with coworkers, yoga, and home workouts. I need to get back into running and meditation too. I enjoy the motivation this group has created in Whatsapp and I'm expecting the same energy in this space! ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ. BE Well everyone!!!
