Jayce
Lead Project Manager
Jayce brings a friendly, thoughtful presence as Lead Project Manager, helping carry ideas from early planning through execution. She holds a BS from Imo State University and has supported projects across NGOs and SaaS companies, balancing structure with flexibility in everything she does.
Jayce has a soft spot for puff puff, keeps Santorini on her travel wish list, and brings a sense of care and joy into everything she touches.

Jovian
Project Manager II
Jovian joins the team with a strong background in network engineering and operations support, and a natural ability to keep work moving forward. He has spent several years coordinating projects, troubleshooting systems, and managing the details that make everything work. His technical foundation shows up in his clear, practical approach to problem solving.
Jovian is a fan of cashew nuts and has his sights set on the Greek islands, where he hopes to one day explore and unwind.

Chibuzor
Jr. Project Manager
Chibuzor brings experience supporting team operations and coordinating the details that keep projects moving. He holds Bachelor’s degrees from Federal Polytechnic Oko and Federal Polytechnic Nekede and joins the team as a Junior Project Manager supporting day-to-day coordination and project work.
A fan of meat pies, Chibuzor enjoys the popular West African savory pastry with a flaky crust and seasoned meat filling. One day, he hopes to visit Los Angeles to experience the city and its culture.

Annastasia
Jr. Project Manager
With a background in customer support and coordination, Annastasia brings experience managing communication and follow through across fast-paced work. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Abuja.
A lifelong ice-cube cruncher, Annastasia has kept the habit since childhood! She speaks English and Igbo fluently and dreams of visiting Madagascar to take in its beaches and wildlife.

Masilakhe “Masi”
Project Manager I
Masi’s name means “Let’s Build” in isiXhosa, a natural fit for the work she does supporting connection, coordination, and growth at Black Everywhere. She has a background in communications and research support and holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism, Media Studies, and Communication from Nelson Mandela University and the University of the Witwatersrand.
Masi loves chips and enjoys everything from pasta to umphokoqo, a traditional South African maize dish. One day, she hopes to see the Swiss Alps up close and experience the mountains for herself.

Layo
Project Manager I
Layo supports coordination and day-to-day operations across the team, helping keep timelines, communication, and deliverables organized. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.
Layo loves a classic sugared donut. The simpler, the better. She also insists she makes pasta better than most and jokes that she was meant to be Italian. Fittingly, her dream vacation is Florence, where she can wander through museums and eat plenty of gelato.

Khadeejah
Trip Lead
Khadeejah supports Black Everywhere trips through on-the-ground coordination and traveler care, bringing warmth and attention to the guest experience. She works closely with travelers and helps ensure each trip is thoughtful and well executed.
She has a background in international education and community engagement, with experience across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. Khadeejah holds a BBA in International Business from Howard University, completed an international management program at Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently.

Jamaica
Executive Director
Jamaica leads Black Everywhere with big vision, deep intention, and a whole lot of heart. She’s the creative force behind the organization, the architect of our systems, and the one who keeps us grounded in joy, connection, and Black excellence. From launching new cities to troubleshooting trips in real time, she helps make sure the mission keeps moving and the vibes stay high.
Jamaica dreams of returning to one of her favorite destinations--the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica.
