About the Event
Join Black Everywhere for a meaningful community service project at Face To Face Germantown, where we’ll come together to prepare and serve a meal for residents of Philadelphia facing extreme poverty and food insecurity. This event is an excellent opportunity to give back to our city and make a direct impact on the lives of those in need.
Who We’re Serving: Local Philadelphia residents who are experiencing food insecurity and extreme poverty.
What We’ll Do: Volunteers will help prepare and serve a full meal, working together from start to finish, including food prep and meal service.
Commitment: We are looking for serious volunteers only. There are only 10 available slots, so please only RSVP if you are fully committed to attending. No-shows hurt the cause.
For Whom: This event is open to individuals 12 years and older, but we recommend it for older teens and adults due to the nature of the work involved.
