Description:

  • NINA & TROYBOY explores the intricate relationship between a mother and son, set against the backdrop of the Black Lives Matter Movement.
  • After a heated argument, Troy mysteriously goes missing, leaving Nina anxious about his well-being.
  • Tempted to fear the worst, Nina relies on her faith for the preservation of the son she's struggled to raise in a supposedly "post-racial" America.
  • This fictional drama, inspired by true events, delves into the collision of mental health, racism, and religion, revealing the stark reality faced by many young men and their families across America.
