Anything that allows you to move comfortably and without restriction. [It's Fall now, so dress to your comfortability.]What to Wear:
Do not eat a heavy meal right before doing Yoga. *Arrive early: 12 spots available on deck are first come, first serve and all others will participate on the grass.*Suggested:
