What to Bring: Water, Yoga, Mat, An Open Mind + Heart [The center has yoga mats available to be borrowed if needed.]
What to Wear: Anything that allows you to move comfortably and without restriction. [If it's too chilly to be outside, we'll shift indoors.]
Suggested: Do not eat a heavy meal right before doing Yoga.
