Morning, my name is Gabby and I am new to this app. I'm wondering if anyone in this group has sister Locs? I have had short hair for a couple years and I am really want locs.
I was thinking of just getting extensions and growing the hair out from there.

Is there anyone here who happens to live in Northwest Indiana or in surrounding south suburbs of Chicago? Wondering about beauty supply stores that are worth visiting as some of the ones I’ve gone to so far are subpar since they don’t carry a good variety of our products and I would prefer to not go to Chicago.. Kid’s Hair Products
Hi there. I have a 4 (going on 40) year old daughter and am wondering if anyone has recommendations for kid’s hair products. I don’t usually blow dry her hair but the first picture was right before braids so I had to. Typically I just do Afro puffs because hair is not my talent and I don’t want to mess her hair up or curse her with traumatic school pictures lol. Also if anyone is in the Atlanta area and can recommend a stylist to take her to for the occasional trim and treatment I’d appreciate it. She actually sits really well through getting her hair done.

Hi Gabby! That’s what I did and I love it. Mine are small-medium. Lots of people will have their opinions, but you do YOU my love. Find a good loctician who is experienced and go for it. I’ve had mine for years now. Started with 20” 😉💕
