Breakfast meal prep
I did mini egg loafs since I didn'thave cupcake pans. I did 2 different variations. One is egg, spinach, green onion, jalapeños, cheddar cheese and bacon. Other one is eggs, mozzarella, spinach, white onion, bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeños and turkey. Yummy 😋
Im also making some fried cabbage with smoked turkey sausage, onions, and peppers for the week.

Ohhhh...I love the egg loaf idea. Looks yummy and less cleanup than the cupcake pan for egg bites! Mmm
