Wax On Hi-Fi
Cuisine: Japanese Creole Fusion
Location: Los Angeles (DTLA), CA

I finally got to Wax On HI-FI. I love how the restaurant is a curated around music and their unique cuisine. All music is played on vinyl. We came on a Sunday earlyafternoon. We were greeted by Jill Scott playing throughout the restaurant and our server. The vibe was super chill during our stay.
Selections:
🍸Drinks: "Spicy Honey" and "So Fresh, So Clean" both drinks were yummy and not over powered by alcohol.
🍴Food:
Amongst us, we had the mac and cheese, biscuits, fries seasoned with cajun and furikake, and shrimp & grits. Everything was delicious! The mac and cheese by far took the "favorite" award. I had the Gumbo Ramen and it was good. My only suggestion would be to find a balance of seasoning and broth. It was a little salty for my preference but I would definitely get it again and recommend for anyone to try it.
