4 week summer body challenge 💪🏾

Day 1 of this challenge. Today was upper body strength training and 30min cardio. I did 10min on the treadmill (12 incline at 2.5) and 10min on the bike with resistance at level 3. That 12 incline was a killer 🔥 because I usually only do 4 incline but it was nice to push my body this morning. Proud of myself! 💪🏾
