The realities of cutting vital contracts in the name of efficiency. There are staff cleaning toilets and disposing of hazardous waste because the support contracts have been eliminated and specialized staff is no longer available.
It is a coordinated effort to strangle an agency that keeps industries informed and performs research. That is anathema to this administration.
