Hello!

Hi everyone! I work out about 6 days a week. I was as avid runner until last summer when I had to stop due to a hip injury. Currently I cycle, attend Pilates classes, walk and strength train. I eat pretty clean (most of the time 😉) and I enjoy cooking and finding new recipes. I have a eclectic palate so if anyone has any good recipes (no red meat or poultry), please share! Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
